Peacefully enveloped by a flowering garden within an old coconut plantation, Balquisse Heritage Hotel is a thoroughly romantic escape for couples and a wonderfully secluded hideaway for families. Conveniently located in Jimbaran in southern Bali, the hotel is easy to reach from the airport & within the perfect proximity to world-famous white-sand beaches of the Bukit. Originally built in the 1990s, the Balquisse Heritage has been adapted, renovated & transformed by award-winning & hotel-extraordinaire Zohra Boukhari. The rooms are infused with a unique, luxurious boho-chic & cultural elegance. It's interiors are beautiful with flourishes of Javanese, Asian & Moroccan heritage.

Rooms

Balquisse Heritage Hotel has 16 rooms which are separated into 2 different areas which are Balquisse Area and Shaba Area. Each of the rooms is uniquely designed by the owner, Zohra Boukhari, with cosy yet stylish interiors. Choose between a Classic Heritage Room, Deluxe Heritage Room, Family Heritage Bungalow, Junior Suite, Plantation Suite, Plantation Master Suite and the Traditional Vintage Teak House. The rooms range in size from 34m² to 77m², each equipped with a mini bar, safety box, TV with international channels, complimentary Wi-Fi, face mist, and mosquito repellent. All come with either double or king-sized beds, a shower room or a bathtub, and the family bungalow that also offers two singles rooms.

Food

Their in-house restaurant Asam Garam allows for a unique culinary experience, featuring an array of dishes inspired by Bali & beyond. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, enjoy a relaxed environment with flavoursome dishes from beef carpaccio, ceviche, fresh salads and grilled meats. For those looking for a more intimate dining experience, explore their candlelit Rijsttafel dinner, where you can enjoy traditional Balinese wine as the sun goes down, and an array of delicious dishes as night begins to fall.
