Dining at Bisma Eight
Copper Kitchen & Bar is also home to a wonderful outdoor space with gazebos of billowing curtains that make the ideal location for leisurely breakfasts and candlelit meals. The menu combines Indonesian and Western dishes, such as oven-roasted duck breast, wild mushroom risotto, and Ayam Bakar, in addition to spring rolls and Javanese salt and pepper squid.
Although the breakfast menu is short, it offers something for everyone: granola, fresh fruit, bread basket, different kinds of eggs, and selections from Indonesia. The Library Café is a quiet place to get a cup of coffee, while the Pool Bar offers a variety of beverages, including cocktails and an amazing selection of afternoon tea.
