Built in 2020, Chalet Goûter is a fabulous modern chalet with a real urban feel, incorporating a mix of industrial styles and soft luxurious furnishings. Spread over four floors, features include an entire floor dedicated to a lounge area with log burner and TV, leading out to a balcony with views to Nyon mountain.
All the bedrooms are en-suite and are styled with luxurious woollen throws, handmade cushions, elegant lighting and artwork. On the first floor there are four bedrooms, three king/twin rooms and one family room with king/twin beds and a set of bunk beds. The final two rooms are on the second floor, both with high slanted ceilings and large windows.
The immense open plan kitchen and dining area on the second floor has a state of the art kitchen and a feature wooden dining table made from Dutch cheese making planks, showing the perfectly aged circular marks from the cheese. There's also an outdoor tub and al fresco dining area. The top floor is reserved entirely as a tranquil space to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Two large sofas offer views out of the expansive windows and are centred around a coffee table – perfect for games. In another area is a further sofa, log burner and flat screen TV. There’s even a bar for you to enjoy, as you recount your tales of your day on the slopes and large patio doors opening out onto a balcony with great views up to la Pointe de Nyon. On the ground floor you’ll find the secure ski and boot room, with heated boot dryers to ensure your toes stay nice and toasty on the slopes.
Chalet Goûter is extremely child-friendly; in addition to the family room with bunk beds, all the other beds can split into twins allowing for flexible room configurations. Everything child-related can also provided, from high chairs and cots to children’s toys, there's even a fancy dress box! Recommendations for private nannies as well as a local nursery and kids clubs can also be provided.
