About Chalet Mollard
Accommodation comprises of two doubles, a bunk bed room and a twin bedroom; the fifth room can be configured as either a double or twin. All five bedrooms, decorated in beach-house pastel blues, have ample storage and boutique style home furnishings. The four bathrooms have either a shower or a bath; fluffy towels, robes and slippers are all provided, along with toiletries from Green & Spring plus an Albus & Flora SPF lip balm.
Facilities at Chalet Mollard
After a day on the slopes, ski gear can be left in the chalet’s heated lockers next to the lift station allowing guests to head straight to the village for some apres. Or return to the chalet and take a dip in the secluded Nordic-style wooden hot tub nestled under the eaves of the upper balcony or soak up some rays, drink in hand, on the large terrace surrounding the ground floor living space. A log burner and TV den ticks the creature comforts box. The large, modern kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of pots, pans and crockery and is a great spot for culinary creatives.
Eat In or Out
There are two well-stocked supermarkets in the village centre. Alternatively Courchevel Moriond has a great selection of local restaurants and eateries ranging from traditional Savoyard fondues or raclette to visit Cucina Angelina, Angela Hartnett’s renowned Italian or the Himalayan-themed Manali hotel which has a smart restaurant with a delicious menu. Free buses run regularly until late at night allowing guests to venture further afield for Michelin-star food, woodfire-cooked steaks or sushi and seafood.
