International Flights

Please note our air fares are non-refundable and subject to standard fare conditions. Seat selection will be in line with each airline’s standard policy unless otherwise requested. Should you wish to pre-book seats, this can be done via the airline’s 'Manage My Booking' page and may incur an additional cost. Alternatively, seats can usually be selected at online check-in, typically 24-48 hours prior to departure.

Booking your own flights

If you are arranging your own flights with connections, we recommend booking all legs on a single ticket to ensure a smoother journey. This allows your baggage to be checked through to your final destination and enables you to transit without clearing immigration at the connecting airport. It also ensures the airline is responsible for getting you and your luggage to your final destination in the event of delays. If you choose to book some flights independently and ask us to arrange others, responsibility for ensuring suitable connection times rests with you.

Luggage Restrictions

Please check luggage restrictions for your carry-on and checked-in luggage. Should you also have domestic flights in your itineraery, please make sure you are aware of the carrier allowances. Additional allowances can be purchased.

Health & Immunisation

You are responsible for ensuring that you are aware of all recommended vaccinations and health precautions before departure. Vaccination and other health requirements and recommendations are subject to change at any time for any destination. Therefore, please consult with a doctor or clinic not less than six weeks before departure to ensure that you will meet the requirements and have the applicable information.
