Reached by luxury yacht or seaplane from Malé, One&Only Reethi Rah is unusually large by Maldivian standards, with six kilometres of coastline and 12 beaches providing guests with plenty of room to spread out. The island’s size allows for extensive facilities without compromising on privacy, while bicycles and buggies make it easy to explore. Service is polished and highly personalised, but the atmosphere remains relaxed, making Reethi Rah equally appealing for romantic escapes, family holidays and longer stays.

Rooms

Accommodation comprises a collection of spacious Beach and Water Villas, many with private pools and all designed to provide generous indoor and outdoor living space. Beach Villas sit amongst tropical gardens with direct access to their own stretch of sand, while Water Villas extend over the lagoon with expansive decks and steps into the ocean. Larger two and three-bedroom residences provide excellent options for families and groups, with some featuring extensive private pools, gardens and secluded beachfront settings.

Dining

Dining is a particular strength, with several distinctive restaurants providing plenty of variety throughout a longer stay. Reethi serves international cuisine in an elegant setting, while Hoshi specialises in contemporary Japanese dishes overlooking the ocean and Botanica focuses on natural, garden-inspired cuisine. Fanditha offers relaxed Middle Eastern dining directly on the beach, complemented by more casual poolside and beachfront options. Private dinners and destination dining can also be arranged around the island.

Activity

The sheer variety of activities is one of Reethi Rah’s biggest attractions. Guests can enjoy diving, snorkelling, sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing and an extensive choice of motorised watersports, alongside private yacht excursions and dolphin cruises. On land there is tennis, padel, football, cycling and a well-equipped fitness centre, while the spa offers an extensive programme of treatments and wellness experiences. Families are exceptionally well catered for with dedicated children’s and teenagers’ facilities.
