Dining
Dining at Evolution by Pikaia celebrates Ecuadorian culinary traditions through a contemporary, internationally influenced approach. Executive Chef Cristian Puente draws on fresh local seafood, seasonal produce from highland farms and ingredients sourced within the Galápagos, creating menus that reflect the distinctive flavours of the islands. Dinner menus change regularly, offering variety throughout the stay, while the restaurant’s panoramic setting makes every meal part of the wider experience. The DNA Bar provides a relaxed space for cocktails and regional wines, while outdoor dining beside the infinity pool offers a particularly atmospheric setting beneath the evening sky.
Activity
Pikaia Lodge offers a combination of guided island exploration and marine adventures, with all-inclusive packages typically incorporating land excursions, yacht journeys aboard the private M/Y Vision Pikaia and snorkelling experiences. Guided outings reveal the Galápagos’ extraordinary wildlife, from giant tortoises in the highlands to sea lions, marine iguanas and seabirds along the coast. Guests can explore neighbouring islands and secluded beaches, discover volcanic landscapes and snorkel in the archipelago’s rich marine environment. Back at the lodge, further facilities include the Sumaq Spa, infinity pool, gym and the Homo Sapiens Explorers Lounge, where guests can learn more about the natural history and evolution of the islands.
