Rooms

The camp features spacious canvas tents (the exact number depends on season), each with en-suite bathrooms, indoor and outdoor showers, comfortable beds, and verandas that command views over plains. The interiors are simple but refined, with quality materials and furnishings that prioritise both comfort and connection — being close to nature without sacrificing essentials.

Dining

Meals at Kusini are communal, convivial affairs, served in open-plan dining areas or out on deck to take advantage of the views. The cuisine blends East African flavours with international style, using fresh local produce. Sundowners over kopjes, breakfasts with expansive vistas, and occasional private or bush dinners under the stars round out the dining experience.

Activity

Guests at Nomad’s Kusini Serengeti can enjoy twice-daily game drives with expert guides, focusing on the migration and predators like lions, leopards and cheetahs. Birdwatching is excellent, especially along kopje edges. Additional activities may include photographic safaris, guided walks (where permitted), and epic sunrise or sunset moments atop rocky outcrops. Because of its remote southern position, wildlife densities tend to be very good and the experiences more private.
